All About Bordeaux Blended
Hello everyone!
We have our next wine dinner to announce for the end of the month, on the last Wednesday of April. This time, we are going for a 6 course dinner, with all the different components of a Bordeaux wine, to pair the food with!
Without further ado, here is the wine and food courses:
2011 Yatie 100% Petit Verdot, Judean Hills, Israel
– Fried panko dusted calamari2000 Château de Passavant 100% Cabernet Franc, Anjou Village, France
– Spinach, bacon & cheese rolls2014 Manoir de Robin Merlot, Bourdeaux, France
– Soya pork in steamed pao bun2011 Graffigna Grand Reserve Malbec, San Juan, Argetina
– Cold cut herbal chicken thigh meat2007 Etude Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa, California
– Roasted beef in brown sauce2003 Château St. Jean Bordeaux style blended “Cinq Cêpages”, Sonoma, California
– Running yolk meat balls
All this for $65 per person. This is a limited capacity event, for a total of about 20 people only. As of this writing, we have 15 seats available still, so do not delay! Give us a call or see us in person and we will get your reservation down.
