Another themed wine dinner this coming Wednesday, May 29 at 7pm. 5 course prix-fixe, $65 per person. All wines centered around Alexander Valley!

Here is the menu we have for the upcoming wine dinner:

• 2011 Chardonnay “Robert Young” Estate paired with sautéed portobello mushroom
• 2001 Meritage “Symmetry” paired with shrimp slider
• 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon “Rockaway” Single Vineyard paired with steamed porkshroom dumpling
• 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon “Brother’s Ridge” Single Vineyard with duck confit
• 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon “Alexander’s Crown” Single Vineyard paired withPan fried pin noodle with beef tenderloin

$65 per person. Half payment required for reservation. Starts at 7pm, Wednesday, May 29
