First of the Year, 2017 Wine Dinner
We hope 2017 is treating you well! We are now announcing our first wine dinner for the year, which will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 7pm.
The boss announced the following 4 course prix-fixe wine dinner menu:
2016 Cape Routé, Chenin Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa
– Baked oysters, tobiko caviar, garlic roasted shallot, lemon juice, Tamari-style soy sauce, and wasabi
2012 Summerland, Pinot Noir “Theresa-Noelle” Estate, Sta. Rita Hills, Santa Barbra
– Grilled pork toasted with lime juice, fish sauce, rice powder, chili powder and mint leaves
2014 The Franc, Cabernet Franc, Lodi
– Boneless chicken thigh meat, slow cooked in coke reduction sauce
2002 Groth, Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley
– Beef tenderloin sautéed in chocolate cabernet sauvignon reduction sauce
Please make your reservations as soon as possible: $45 per person, with $22.50 deposit, per person, for your reservation. The deposit will go towards your final total for that night on January 25, 2017.
