Patty’s Prix-Fixe Dinner
Like we do every year, we tune into the luck of the Irish and do a themed Saint Patrick’s Prix-Fixe dinner!
This year we have a 4 course dinner, with the following:
Guinness Stout Draught
– Northern Thai pork sausage on flour tortillas, spicy lime dressing
Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
– Chopped ham, green pea potato cake in wonton skin, tempura green bean
Black Bushmills (aged in Oloroso Sherry barrels)
– Corn beef hash waterfall, cabbage
Jameson Caskmates (aged in stout-seasoned whiskey barrels)
– Chicken curry pot pie
Dessert: Green sweet sticky rice
